(Dinnete) Original Baden pizza
For the dough, mix the flour with the dry yeast, add salt, sugar, oil, and warm milk. Knead everything thoroughly and let it rise for about 20 minutes. Tip: The dough is perfect for making in a bread maker using the “Dough” program! Then simply shape small pieces of the dough into balls, roll them out, and let them rise for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the topping: Mix the ham with the sour cream, roughly diced onions, and grated cheese. Add herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Now spread the mixture onto the rolled-out dough. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes. This goes particularly well with a glass of Suser (Federweißer) or simply a sweet white wine.
