The formula for a healthy dinner is protein + fiber + fat. Protein is responsible for satiety and reduces cravings for sweets. Fiber also gives satiety and supports good digestion and intestinal function (add your favorite vegetables to the chicken). It is advisable to use vegetable fats in the evening because they are better absorbed.
