Dirk's Seafood Rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bag of long grain rice
  • 1 pack of frozen seafood, 450 g
  • 200 ml fish stock
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Pul Beaver
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Portuguese rice dish

Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and garlic and simmer in a little oil over moderate heat for about 10 minutes. Add the rice, fry briefly, then pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil. After about 15 minutes of cooking, add the seafood, season with salt, pepper, pul biber, and chili flakes, and cook in the covered pan for 10 minutes.
