Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 bananas, very ripe
- 1 small apple
- 2 eggs
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 150 g flour, e.g. wholemeal spelt flour
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1 packet of baking powder

Super delicious and easy banana bread without extra fat
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a loaf pan with baking paper or grease it well. Peel the bananas and core the apple. Finely puree the fruit and eggs. Add the nuts and continue blending until the nuts are coarsely chopped. In a second bowl, combine the dry ingredients, then stir in the banana puree. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45 minutes. The bread tastes great chilled as a small snack or as a healthy breakfast before exercise, and it’s also great for children. It can be varied with spices (e.g., cinnamon) or other nuts. Since no additional sugar is added, the bananas should already be very ripe.
