The Ouzo Gold should be stored in the freezer beforehand, and the Licor 43 in the refrigerator. The mixing ratio should always be 2 parts Ouzo Gold to 1 part Licor 43. This drink pairs very well with hearty dishes. It makes a delicious nightcap.
