Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s) (80 g), finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves (13 g), chopped
- 35 g butter
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cube of beef broth
- 3 g sweet paprika powder
- 75g ajvar
- 380 g yellow pointed peppers, diced
- 2 packs of konjac rice, 200 g each
- possibly salt and pepper
Instructions

with konjac rice, low-carb
Sauté the garlic and onion in butter until lightly translucent. Add the bell pepper cubes until softened. Then add the remaining ingredients except for the konjac rice and bring to a boil briefly. Rinse the konjac rice thoroughly, several times (it loses its odor after cooking and tastes neutral) and add it to the sauce. Let it simmer briefly again until the dish reaches a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Nutritional values for the entire serving: 522 kcal, 31.4 g fat, 29.3 g carbohydrates, of which 25.1 g sugars, 7.4 g protein, 2.4 BE.
