Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 g hazelnuts
- 50 g grapes, seedless
- 100g Gorgonzola
- 80 g low-fat curd cheese
- 70 g cream cheese
- n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with quark and cream cheese
Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Halve or quarter the grapes, depending on their size. Mash the Gorgonzola with a fork. In a bowl, thoroughly mix with the quark and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the nuts and grapes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you want to tone down the Gorgonzola flavor, you can use less of it and increase the proportion of cream cheese and quark instead.
