Combine eggs, sugar, and milk in a bowl and beat until frothy. Sift flour and stir in. The batter should be creamy, not too runny. Cut the rolls into slices and briefly soak them in milk (not too long, or they’ll fall apart). Then roll them in the prepared batter and fry in a pan heated with fat over medium heat. Then roll them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Serve with a soup, like pancakes or waffles.
