Muffins with cherries and creamy filling, makes 12 pieces

For the batter, mix together the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Stir in the oil and milk. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt into the liquid mixture. Then divide the batter in half. Mix the cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of milk into one half of the batter. First, fill the muffin tins with the light batter, top each muffin with about 4 cherries, and then fill the muffins with the dark batter. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. To make the filling, let the muffins cool. Use a knife to scoop out a piece of the top from each muffin or cut a hole in it. Mix the sour cream with the sugar and fill the muffin holes. Finally, cover the entire muffin with the melted chocolate coating. This makes enough for 12 muffins.
