Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp flour mixture (self-raising flour)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 ½ tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Prepare a heatproof mug. First, combine the dry ingredients, then stir in the wet ingredients until the mixture turns yellow and there are no lumps. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes and eat immediately. Otherwise, the mug cake will become hard after a while. Tip: Self-raising flour is English flour. For a balanced batch, you can also make your own: Mix 500g of flour with 1 sachet of baking powder and 1 pinch of salt.
