Ingredients
 

  • 1 Fruit
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Preserving sugar 2: 1

Instructions
 

  • Wash and core the plums. Place the halved plums in a bowl. Wash, core, dice and add 2 apples. Peel 2 oranges and remove the stones and add. Drizzle with half a lemon and stir in the cinnamon. Should everything come to about a kilo. Stir in the preserving sugar and bring to the boil. While boiling (not sure if this is dangerous) puree everything with the hand blender until smooth. Anyone who survived this can now do a gelation test. Press everything through a sieve so that the skin is sifted out from the plums. Put everything in the glasses, rinsed with hot water beforehand, and put on the head. Label the glasses after they have cooled down.
