Double chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 125 g chocolate, white, chopped
  • 125 g chocolate, dark, chopped
  • 75 g sugar, white
  • 75 g sugar, brown
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

To die for! Makes 12 cookies.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan assisted). Beat the butter with all types of sugar, egg, and salt with a hand mixer until creamy. Combine the flour with the cocoa powder and baking powder and briefly stir into the butter and sugar mixture. Stir in the chopped chocolate. Place about 6 small balls of dough (two tablespoons work best) on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving plenty of space between each. Bake for about 12 minutes. Let cool thoroughly, as the cookies will still be very soft when warm.
