Dready's Tomato Garlic Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of butter, Irish
  • 2 bulb(s) garlic, Chinese
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, soften the butter. Meanwhile, peel and press the garlic. Once the butter is soft, whisk it with the cream until smooth, add the garlic, tomato paste, and oregano, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, transfer to a bowl, and chill. TIPS: The butter goes well with grilled food, pizza rolls, or fresh baguette/toast. 2 bulbs of Chinese garlic are equivalent to about 3-4 cloves of “regular” garlic. If you don’t like garlic, you can omit it.
