- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 package of feta cheese
- 12 slice(s) ham, raw
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 egg(s)
- some parsley, flat
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Let the puff pastry rest briefly at room temperature, then cut the feta into 6 pieces and slice the tomatoes. Cut the puff pastry into six pieces and arrange them crosswise with two slices of ham, one piece of feta, one slice of tomato, and parsley, and season lightly. Wrap the ham in the package, brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg white, and fold it over the package to seal. Brush the top with egg yolk and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C on the middle rack.
