Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g dried fruit (dried fruit)
- ⅛ liter white wine
- 1 lemon(s), peel (zest)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the dried fruit with 1/4 liter of water, wine, and lemon zest and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the lemon zest and let the dried fruit cool, but do not refrigerate.
