Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pasta (croissants)
- Salt
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 200 g smoked pork
- 1 Cabanossi
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ liters of meat broth
- 1 can/n beans, red (800 g)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- chili powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, then drain. Dice the bell pepper and the smoked pork. Slice the Cabanossi diagonally. Set everything aside for now. Roughly chop the onion and finely chop the garlic, fry in olive oil until golden brown. Pour in the meat broth. Heat the rinsed and drained beans in the broth along with the bell pepper, smoked pork, and Cabanossi. Stir in the tomato paste, stir in the pasta, and season with salt, chili powder, and paprika.
