Ingredients
 

Drum sticks:

  • 6 Pcs. Chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Cane sugar
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Olive oil for drizzling on

Potatoes:

  • 500 g Potatoes mostly waxy, not too big
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Tomato salsa:

  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 size Red chilli pepper
  • 0,5 Lemon, juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar
  • 1 tbsp go. Finely chopped parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation of drum sticks:

  • Put all the spices with the cane sugar in a mortar and grind. Rinse the chicken drumsticks COLD, dab lightly and place in a plastic bag together with the spice mixture. Close it, shake the thighs in it so that they are coated with the spices and then place in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.

Salsa preparation:

  • Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion, dice finely. Finely chop the garlic. Halve the chilli lengthways, remove the core and finely chop. Mix everything with the oil and lemon juice, season with pepper and add a pinch of sugar to taste. Wash, dry, finely chop parsley and fold in. Let salsa soak at room temperature until ready to serve.

Potatoes:

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into 8-10 mm thick slices and mix with the oil, salt and paprika in a bowl. Peel the garlic, grate it and distribute it well.

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° circulating air. Arrange the legs and potatoes including the marinade on the tray. Also drizzle the legs a little with oil. The cooking time for both is 35 minutes. Add a little salt to the potatoes before serving and then serve everything together with the salsa and a small dollop of mayonnaise.
