Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 125 g palm fat
  • 65 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 30 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Water, hot
  • 1 cube of palm fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Knead the ingredients into a dough. Roll it out, but not too thinly. Cut out circular cookies and bake on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes at 175°C (less with a fan oven). The cookies should still be light in color. Let cool. Filling: Melt the Palmin, let cool slightly (it shouldn’t set any more). Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and egg together until smooth, then slowly stir in the Palmin. Spread on each cookie and place another cookie on top. Let the filling set. Glaze: Mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder with hot water until smooth, melt the Palmin, and stir in. Dip the cookies halfway into the mixture and let it set.
