Ingredients for 50 servings:
- 6 egg whites
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 200 g ground almonds
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g butter
- Chocolate

Nut macaroons with chocolate filling
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the powdered sugar. Then carefully fold in the almonds and hazelnuts. Pour in the melted, but not too hot, butter (the batter should be quite firm!). Pipe small cones onto the baking sheet and let them dry at 100°C (212°F) (takes about 30 minutes). Let cool, melt the chocolate, and use it to stick two cookies together. The quantity depends on the size of the cones.
