Duckweed puree

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 g duckweed
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the diced onions. Add the duckweed and pour in a little water. Let everything simmer for about half an hour. Puree the mixture. Simmer for half an hour. Season to taste.
