  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

similar to Börek or Tiropitakia

Thaw the dough according to the package instructions. For the filling, mix the feta cheese, cream cheese, egg, garlic, diced onion, and torn parsley well. Add chili and salt/pepper if desired. Remove the dough from the packaging and cut it in half, unless it is already cut into triangles. Brush the sheets with melted butter. Place 1 heaped teaspoon of the filling on each strip or triangle and wrap tightly. Place these on a greased baking tray (parchment paper will also work) and brush each pastry parcel with melted butter. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) until golden brown in the center. You can vary the filling as you like: with minced meat and cheese, with spinach and minced meat, or just plain minced meat.
