Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 250 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Lightly beat the eggs, then mix with yogurt, water, softened butter, flour, and feta. The mixture should be thick; thin with a little milk if necessary. Pour into a greased baking dish (approx. 30 x 45 cm) and drizzle with the olive oil mixed with the milk. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. This will form a thin flatbread that can be filled or, cut into thin slices, makes a great finger food. Seasoning isn’t necessary, as the feta is so aromatic.
