How to Eat Toblerone Properly
Most simply break off the pieces of the Toblerone mountains – but in the wrong direction. It’s actually quite easy to break the chocolate into bite-sized pieces.
- You need a bit of skill to separate the individual pieces of the Toblerone. In addition, it always takes a little effort to get hold of one of the delicious chocolate-almond triangles.
- This is particularly annoying in the summer when the chocolate melts in your fingers while trying to remove a piece of the hard bar.
- The main problem, however, is that we have always done it wrong. Most people put their fingers in the groove between two pieces of chocolate and then try to break off a piece towards the front. Of course, that also works, but there is an ingenious trick that will allow you to enjoy the Toblerone without any effort in the future.
- Instead of breaking the piece of chocolate forward, i.e. away from the bar, press the point of the triangle in the direction of the bar.
- Basically, a light tap on the triangle in the upper area is enough and the chocolate automatically breaks off the Toblerone bar below.
