Mash the flesh of half an avocado with a fork. Wash the apple. Crack the egg into a pan and fry the fried egg as desired. Meanwhile, toast two slices of toast. Remove the fried egg from the pan and season with salt. Thinly slice the apple and place four apple slices on a piece of toast, seasoning them with pepper so that each slice has a light peppered edge. Place the fried egg on top and spoon the avocado mush on top. Place the second slice of toast on top. One sandwich has 400 kcal.
