Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g oat flakes
- 150 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g pumpkin seeds
- 80 g flaxseed meal
- 30 g chia seeds
- 20 g psyllium husks
- 10 g salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 550 ml water, lukewarm
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 35 minutes

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Combine the water and honey and pour over the dry ingredients. Stir everything briefly, then cover and let the dough rest for at least 2 hours. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and place it in a cold oven. Bake the bread at 190°C (convection oven) for 75-80 minutes. Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
