Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slice(s) ham, raw
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • some mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Peel the eggs and cut a slice off the wide side so the eggs can stand upright. Halve the tomatoes and hollow them out to create little caps. Arrange 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice of ham, and 1 slice of cooked ham decoratively on dessert plates. Place 1 egg in the center. Place 1 tomato cap on the egg and dab with mayonnaise. Your delicious edible toadstools are ready.
