Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 125 g mushrooms
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 pack of sauce, light
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the eggs and cut into eighths. Sauté the onion in the fat. Trim the mushrooms, slice them, and sauté briefly. Add 1/4 liter of water and the milk, stir in the sauce mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into eighths. Cut the ham into strips. Add the tomatoes and eggs to the sauce and let it simmer for a while. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives. Serve with mashed potatoes.
