- 1 pear(s)
- 200 ml milk
- 1 orange(s), freshly squeezed juice
- 1 tbsp cereal flakes

quick, refreshing milkshake
Cut the pears into pieces and puree them. Then add the milk and orange juice and blend thoroughly again with a hand blender. Finally, stir in a little of the cereal flakes. And the milk mix is ready. Tip: If desired, you can also add a little cinnamon or vanilla. The mix can also be prepared with any other fruit.
