Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 75 g olives, black
- 50 g lettuce (head lettuce)
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 2 tbsp coarse mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- salt and pepper
- 250 g pineapple
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise (salad)
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 chicken fillet(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of tuna
- ¼ bunch chives
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- salt and pepper
- 4 small gherkins
- 125 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g mushrooms, small
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp cucumber juice
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil

spicy, exotic, mild, hearty … simply good
For a spicy version with olives and feta cheese: Peel the eggs and cut into wedges. Remove the olive pits and slice them. Wash the lettuce and cut into strips, crumble the cheese. Whisk the mustard with oil and water and season with salt and pepper. Combine all salad ingredients and mix with the dressing. For an exotic version with chicken and curry: Peel the eggs and cut into wedges. Chop the pineapple and chop the parsley. Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, and curry with salt and pepper. Dice the chicken fillet and fry in a little oil for 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Mix all salad ingredients with the curry mayonnaise. For a mild version with tuna and sweetcorn: Peel the eggs and slice them. Drain the sweetcorn and tuna, tear the tuna into pieces. Cut the chives into small pieces. Mix the vinegar with water and carefully whisk in the oil. Stir in the chives. Season with salt and pepper. Mix all salad ingredients. For a hearty dish with gherkins and mushrooms: Peel and slice the eggs. Wash and quarter the cucumbers. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Trim and halve the mushrooms. Mix together the sour cream, cucumber juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté the mushrooms in a little oil for about 3 minutes and mix all ingredients with the salad dressing.
