Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 250 g sausage (mortadella)
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cucumber juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil, peel, and dice the eggs. Dice the cucumber and mortadella. Mix the mayonnaise with the cucumber juice and combine all ingredients.
