Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 10 eggs
- 1 small jar of capers
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 small jar of mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
with capers
Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, peel them, and cut them into eighths. Finely chop the capers with a mincing knife, mix them with the mustard and mayonnaise, and pour them over the eggs. Let them sit for at least 12 hours.
