Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise or tartar sauce etc.
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tsp chives, frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, chop them, and mash them well with a fork. Add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. It’s quick and delicious, and makes enough for about 4 slices of bread or 4 half rolls. You can add cooked ham, pineapple, cucumber, etc. to the recipe if you like.
