Egg salad with apple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 apple
  • Chives, plenty, to taste (also frozen)
  • Mayonnaise, (mustard mayonnaise)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the hard-boiled eggs (this works best in an egg slicer; slice lengthwise, then carefully turn and slice crosswise again). Peel the apple, remove the core, and dice it as well. Mix everything with the mustard mayonnaise (you can find the recipe in my recipes). Finely chop the chives and fold them in. Season with salt to taste.
