  • 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 banana(s)

Instructions

Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and pineapple juice in a bowl and mix. Add the sliced ​​hard-boiled eggs. Peel and slice the banana, and add it to the bowl. Add the pineapple, if already sliced. Stir and garnish.
