Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g fillet(s) of pork, beef or turkey
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 point peas (frozen)
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, butter or margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sear in a little oil. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add butter to the pan and brown the sliced ​​bananas. Add the curry, cream, and peas. Bring to a boil briefly and then return the meat to the pan. Serve with rice.
