Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g fillet(s) of pork, beef or turkey
- 3 bananas
- 1 point peas (frozen)
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Oil, butter or margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sear in a little oil. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add butter to the pan and brown the sliced bananas. Add the curry, cream, and peas. Bring to a boil briefly and then return the meat to the pan. Serve with rice.
