Egg Salad with Salmon

The perfect egg salad with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 hard boiled Eggs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Heaped tablespoons Turkish yogurt
  • 1 Shallot, very finely diced
  • 1 Cornichon, very finely diced
  • 80 g Smoked salmon, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Dill, finely chopped
  • Espelette pepper
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Peel the hard-boiled peel and remove the yolk from one egg and finely mash it in a bowl with the Dijon mustard. Add the Turkish yogurt and mix everything very well. Season with allspelette, pepper and salt. Add the finely diced shallot and diced gherkin.
  2. Now finely dice the remaining eggs and add them and mix carefully, season again if necessary. Finally fold in the finely diced salmon and chopped dill. Tastes really good on a piece of fresh baguette.
