Egg Salad with Salmon
The perfect egg salad with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 hard boiled Eggs
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Heaped tablespoons Turkish yogurt
- 1 Shallot, very finely diced
- 1 Cornichon, very finely diced
- 80 g Smoked salmon, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Dill, finely chopped
- Espelette pepper
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Peel the hard-boiled peel and remove the yolk from one egg and finely mash it in a bowl with the Dijon mustard. Add the Turkish yogurt and mix everything very well. Season with allspelette, pepper and salt. Add the finely diced shallot and diced gherkin.
- Now finely dice the remaining eggs and add them and mix carefully, season again if necessary. Finally fold in the finely diced salmon and chopped dill. Tastes really good on a piece of fresh baguette.
