Salads: Egg Salad
The perfect salads: egg salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 50 g Mountain cheese
- 1 tablespoon “Indian” cream cheese *
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- Boil eggs hard, peel and dice. Also dice the cheese.
- Mix the yogurt with the spice mixture and stir into the egg and cheese.
