  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 50 g Mountain cheese
  • 1 tablespoon “Indian” cream cheese *
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  1. Boil eggs hard, peel and dice. Also dice the cheese.
  2. Mix the yogurt with the spice mixture and stir into the egg and cheese.
