Ingredients
- 2 Free range eggs
- 50 g Mountain cheese
- 1 tbsp "Indian" cream cheese *
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
Instructions
- Boil eggs hard, peel and dice. Also dice the cheese.
- Mix the yogurt with the spice mixture and stir into the egg and cheese.
- * Link to cream cheese: with Indian spice mixture
