Egg salad with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 20 eggs
  • 400 g smoked salmon
  • 500g Miracel Whip or mayonnaise
  • 50 g mustard
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 20 g dill, fresh or frozen
  • 40 g sugar
  • 5 g pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into eighths. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Add the Miracle Whip, mustard, yogurt, dill, sugar, and pepper. Mix everything in a bowl and serve.
