Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 250 g king prawns (frozen)
- 250 g cherry tomatoes, ripe
- 300g spaghetti
- salt water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Spaghetti with tomatoes and shrimp
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Dice the onion and sauté in the oil. Add the thawed and deveined shrimp and fry on both sides. Quarter the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Cover the pan and let the liquid reduce. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Season the tomato and shrimp with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti, divide it between two pasta plates, and pour the sauce over it.
