- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- Salt
- Parsley
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
to fondue
Combine the sour cream, crème fraîche, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Chop the eggs and carefully fold in. Let the sauce sit for a day. It goes very well with fondue.
