Egg toast with ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 50 g ham, cooked
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • some curry sauce or another sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place a whole hard-boiled egg in the center of each slice of buttered toast, arrange chopped cooked ham around it in a thick wreath, and then top the eggs with a slice of cheese. Place the toast in the preheated toasting griddle and bake until the cheese begins to ooze over the egg. Serve immediately with curry sauce.
