a quick snack for a small hunger

Grate or finely chop the cheese. Separate the egg and beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the grated cheese into the egg whites and season the mixture with a little freshly ground pepper. Line a small dish with the bacon; the bacon should extend slightly over the edge of the dish so it can be easily removed later. Now pour the egg whites onto the bacon and carefully drop the egg yolk onto the egg whites. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 25 minutes. Serve with a salad.
