Eggnog – Lamb

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml egg liqueur
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for a lamb mold of 0.75 l capacity

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs one at a time. Then, while stirring, add the egg liqueur. Sift the flour, starch, and baking powder over the dough, then stir briefly. Pour the batter into the greased lamb dish and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
