Cut the eggplant into thin slices. Finely dice the garlic. Brown the eggplant slices in a pan with olive oil until dark brown on both sides. Transfer to a bowl and cover with the balsamic vinegar, salt, and garlic cubes, layer by layer. Then refrigerate for 24 hours.
