Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 Eggplant fresh
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 can Peeled tomatoes
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • Oregano
  • Dried basil
  • Dried tarragon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove Chopped garlic
  • 1 packet Mini mozzarella balls
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • Sweet paprika
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • 1 Cut the aubergine end, cut into slices. Place in a baking dish brushed with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle onion. Put the tomatoes on top, mash a little and sprinkle with the herbs.
