Eggplant Mince Gratin

The perfect eggplant mince gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 Pc. Eggplant fresh
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 Can Peeled tomatoes
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • Oregano
  • Dried basil
  • Dried tarragon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • 1 packet Mini mozzarella balls
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • Sweet paprika
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
