Vanilla Cream Yogurt with Grapefruit
The perfect vanilla cream yogurt with grapefruit recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Mild yogurt
- 1 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 250 ml Cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tsp Gelatin white
- 6 tbsp Sugar brown raw sugar
- 2 Grapefruit fresh
- Beat the cream with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and mix with the pulp of the vanilla.
- Fold the cream into the yogurt.
- Stir gelatine in 4 tablespoons of water and let it steep. After 10 min fold into the mixture.
- Fill the mixture into glasses and chill for at least 3 hours.
- Peel the grapefruit and remove the pulp. Collect the juice in a bowl and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Put the grapefruit pieces in a bowl. A column as the icing on the cake on top of the cream and then just enjoy.
- Something of both on the spoon, a taste to melt away.
