Vanilla Cream Yogurt with Grapefruit

The perfect vanilla cream yogurt with grapefruit recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Mild yogurt
  • 1 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Gelatin white
  • 6 tbsp Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 2 Grapefruit fresh
  1. Beat the cream with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  2. Put the yogurt in a bowl and mix with the pulp of the vanilla.
  3. Fold the cream into the yogurt.
  4. Stir gelatine in 4 tablespoons of water and let it steep. After 10 min fold into the mixture.
  5. Fill the mixture into glasses and chill for at least 3 hours.
  6. Peel the grapefruit and remove the pulp. Collect the juice in a bowl and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Chill in the refrigerator.
  7. Put the grapefruit pieces in a bowl. A column as the icing on the cake on top of the cream and then just enjoy.
  8. Something of both on the spoon, a taste to melt away.
  9. And finally a cashew creme praline.
