Pizza bianca with ham, zucchini and mushrooms

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g Gouda, medium-aged, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

instead of tomato sauce, sour cream is added to the dough

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the sour cream on top. Slice the zucchini and mushrooms. Arrange the slices and the cooked ham on the dough and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) on the lowest rack for 20 minutes.
