Eggs filled with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 50 g shrimp(s), chopped
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • lemon juice
  • some lettuce leaves for garnishing
  • some shrimp(s), whole
  • Paprika powder
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the eggs and halve them lengthwise. Remove the yolks with a teaspoon and place them in a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise and chopped shrimp to the yolks and mix with a fork. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Divide the shrimp mixture between the egg halves. Arrange on lettuce leaves and garnish with shrimp, paprika, and parsley.
