  • 50 ml ketchup
  • 1 tsp, heaped sugar
  • little salt
  • n. B. Pepper, white

Make a roux from butter, flour, and broth: Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, stir briefly, and deglaze with the broth. Then add the tomato paste and ketchup to the basic sauce and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. The color should be a bright, rich orange-red and taste slightly sweet. If there are any lumps, I recommend using a hand blender. Finally, fold in the sliced ​​eggs. Served over pasta, this is a delicious meal for little money! Also ideal for camping!
