Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 7 liters of water
- 7 elderflower umbels
- 2 lemon(s), untreated and 40 g tartaric acid
- 1 kg sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 11 days; Total time approx. 11 days 15 minutes
Slice the lemons and briefly shake off the elderflower heads. Combine all ingredients in a stone pot or other container, let stand for 3 days, strain, and bottle. Leave the bottles open in front of a window, preferably in the sun, for 8 days, then seal the bottles.
